Tatiana Salamín is a director and audiovisual screenwriter, and an actress for cinema and theater

She starts her career as director and producer in 1995 with her short film "Sangre" screened in film festivals throughout Cuba and Brasil.

For television, she has directed projects such as: Tras las huellas de Roberto "Mano de piedra" Durán (docudrama), Llegó Matea (drama), Un día diferente (docudrama), Hijos de Paz (documental), among others.

Her academic achievements include: Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Masters in audiovisual screenwriting in Spain, Video and Television production in Spain, Filmmaking for Documentaries in Cuba, Filmmaking in Colombia, Stage Directing in Argentina, and Acting Workshops in Colombia, Cuba, and Mexico.

She has acted in movies such as: Cabeza de Ratón (Panamá), Jacob´s Trouble (E.E.U.U. / Israel), and Líneas Paralelas (Panamá) where she won the category of "best actress" in the International Moving Film Festival in 2026.

She has a long trajectory as a stage director.

Right now, Tatiana is working on her documentary El Legado de Reina as director, screenwriter, and coproducer.
